2011 Land Rover Range Rover 4.4L Diesel · 6 DJN

The 2011 Range Rover demonstrates a stable and highly consistent maintenance trend, passing its most recent MOT on 5 June 2025 at 130,535 miles with zero defects. This clean bill of health indicates the vehicle currently meets all required safety and emissions standards without any immediate mechanical or structural concerns. The absence of advisories or failures across the last five consecutive tests suggests diligent upkeep by the previous owner. The mileage accumulation aligns well with typical usage for a vehicle of this age. Between 18 June 2021 at 107,779 miles and 5 June 2025 at 130,535 miles, the odometer advanced by 22,756 miles over four years, averaging roughly 5,689 miles annually. This recent pace is lower than the vehicle's overall lifetime average of 8,702 miles per year, indicating lighter contemporary use. There are no anomalous gaps or sudden spikes in the recorded data, presenting a steady and predictable wear pattern across the documented history. Despite the flawless MOT record, a pre-purchase inspection must focus on the known structural and mechanical vulnerabilities of this specific model. Buyers should closely examine the chassis and subframes for corrosion, a common affliction for Range Rovers of this era, particularly around the rear suspension mounting points. The air suspension system requires thorough testing for leaks or compressor failures, while the braking system demands an inspection for seized calipers and uneven disc wear. Given the lack of recorded advisories, the previous owner likely addressed consumables promptly, but verifying the condition of the suspension bushes, drivetrain components, and exhaust system remains essential before committing to purchase.
