2019 Audi Q5 2.0L Diesel · 990 DBD

The 2019 Audi Q5 presents a fully roadworthy status with a stable and clean maintenance trend. The most recent test on 24 March 2026 at 36,089 miles passed with no defects recorded, continuing an unbroken sequence of passes since the first entry in 2022. No advisories or mechanical faults appear at any point in the five-year DVSA history, which indicates the vehicle has not required corrective work to meet minimum legal standards. The odometer shows consistently low annual use for a seven-year-old SUV. Mileage rose from 18,351 on 19 March 2022 to 22,704 by 29 March 2023, then 27,632 on 21 March 2024, 32,190 on 28 March 2025, and 36,089 on 24 March 2026. That equates to roughly 3,900 to 4,900 miles added each year, averaging 5,156 annually against the age of the car. The gradual, even progression rules out dormant storage followed by sudden high use, though the low total suggests prolonged standing periods between short journeys are plausible. A buyer should still commission an independent inspection of suspension bushes, coil springs, and brake discs given the low mileage and likely short-trip cycling that accelerates corrosion and caliper binding without triggering MOT failures. The clean record provides no flagged structural integrity issues or exhaust emissions concerns across the timeline. Pre-purchase checks ought to confirm underbody condition for early rust and verify tyre sidewall age rather than tread depth alone, since the Q5 has covered few miles under the previous keeper's ownership. The absence of advisories reflects compliant upkeep, not a substitute for physical examination of wear items the tester did not record.
