2013 Vauxhall Corsa 1.2L Petrol · AA13 AMY

The Vauxhall Corsa presents as roadworthy with a stable maintenance trend, evidenced by the most recent DVSA test on 25 February 2026 at 36,866 miles returning a pass with no defects recorded. Prior tests in February 2025 and February 2024 also achieved passes with no advisories, indicating no worsening mechanical condition across the observed period. The recorded mileage of 36,866 at the 2026 test reflects exceptionally low use for a 2013 registered vehicle, averaging roughly 2,836 miles per year. The gap between the 2024 test at 34,141 miles and the 2025 test at 36,182 miles shows only 2,041 miles covered in twelve months. The 2025 and 2024 records each list a failed test on the day before the pass at identical mileages, with no defects recorded, which suggests administrative or presentation issues at the testing station rather than mechanical faults. A buyer should still commission an in-person inspection of suspension bushes, coil springs, and brake discs given the vehicle's age and likely prolonged standing periods from low annual mileage. Dormant use accelerates corrosion on structural members and exhaust components even when MOT results show clean. The absence of recorded advisories across all tests implies previous owners addressed issues before presentation, though the twin fail-pass pairs in 2024 and 2025 warrant confirmation that the correct vehicle and documentation were used at each test.
