1967 Lambretta SX 200 0.2L Petrol · AHJ 110E

The 2018 Lambretta SX 200 demonstrates stable roadworthiness, with all five MOT tests from 2021 to 2025 recording no defects. The most recent test on 2025-06-21 at 890 miles confirmed compliance, indicating consistent maintenance. No recurring issues or structural concerns were flagged across the history, suggesting the vehicle has been well cared for. The absence of advisories or failures implies no critical mechanical or safety risks were identified in the recorded tests. The mileage growth from 309 miles in 2021 to 890 miles in 2025 reflects minimal usage, averaging approximately 145 miles annually. This slow accumulation raises questions about storage conditions and usage patterns, as prolonged inactivity can accelerate wear on components like seals, belts, and suspension systems. The MOT records lack detail on specific maintenance actions, but the clean history suggests no urgent mechanical faults. However, the low mileage may necessitate closer inspection of systems prone to degradation during periods of dormancy. A buyer should prioritise checking for signs of inactivity-related issues, such as dry rot on tyres, corrosion in the exhaust system, or stiffness in suspension bushes and coil springs. The brake discs and calipers should be examined for binding or uneven wear, as infrequent use can lead to uneven friction. Additionally, the electrical system and battery condition warrant scrutiny, as prolonged storage may affect reliability. While the MOT data confirms no immediate risks, the vehicle’s low mileage demands a thorough pre-purchase inspection to address potential hidden vulnerabilities.
