2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA 2.0L Petrol · AJ68 OPX

The 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA presents as roadworthy with a stable maintenance trend. The most recent test on 11 November 2025 at 32,854 miles returned a pass with no defects recorded, continuing an unbroken sequence of clean annual results since the 2021 examination. Annual mileage sits at roughly 4,100 miles, well below typical use for an eight-year-old vehicle. The records show steady annual increments: 12,492 miles in November 2021, 16,855 in November 2022, 22,232 in November 2023, 27,875 in November 2024, and 32,854 in November 2025. No gaps or sudden accumulation appear. The consistently low figures and clean sheets imply a cautious owner and predominantly short-distance or standing periods rather than neglected upkeep. A buyer should still commission an in-person inspection of suspension bushes, coil springs, and brake discs given the car's low-use profile, as prolonged standing promotes perished rubber and corroded calipers not always visible in a pass result. Examine underside structural integrity and exhaust emissions hardware for latent corrosion. The absence of advisories across five tests suggests no recurring mechanical fault, yet pre-purchase scrutiny of tyre sidewalls and brake line condition remains prudent on a lightly driven example.
