2015 Citroen C4 Picasso Selection Bluehdi 1.6L Heavy oil · BIG 7360

The vehicle maintains an excellent roadworthiness status, evidenced by a consistent history of clean passes over the last five years. The most recent inspection conducted on 14 May 2026 at 27,344 miles returned no defects or advisories. This indicates a stable maintenance trend where the vehicle has consistently met UK safety and emissions standards without the mechanical degradation or structural corrosion typically seen in older cars of this class. The mileage profile is exceptionally low for an eleven-year-old vehicle, averaging approximately 2,486 miles per year. Between March 2022 at 22,637 miles and May 2026 at 27,344 miles, the car covered only 4,707 miles. This low-usage pattern suggests the vehicle has likely been stationary for long periods or used only for short trips, which reduces wear on the engine and drivetrain components. The intervals between MOT tests are regular, such as the 1,010-mile gap between June 2024 and May 2025, showing a predictable usage pattern rather than erratic mileage accumulation. While the MOT record shows no recorded faults, a buyer must account for the risks associated with low-mileage vehicles. Rubber components, such as suspension bushes, split hoses, and tyres, can perish or crack due to age rather than distance. A physical inspection should check the brake discs for pitting or corrosion caused by sitting and ensure the brake calipers are not seized. Given the age of the vehicle, the timing belt and water pump service interval should be verified, as these components degrade over time regardless of the low mileage recorded.
