2012 Renault 2.3L Diesel · BK12 UNS

The vehicle presents a high level of roadworthiness with a remarkably stable and clean maintenance history. The most recent test conducted on 13 April 2026 at 24,420 miles passed with no defects or advisories. This streak of clean results across the last five years indicates that the vehicle has been well-maintained and has not suffered from recurring mechanical failures or structural degradation during testing. The mileage pattern is exceptionally low for a 14-year-old vehicle, averaging only approximately 1,744 miles per year. Between April 2022 and April 2023, the car covered just 9,311 miles, while the interval between 2025 and 2026 saw an increase of only 434 miles. This suggests the car is used sporadically or remains stationary for extended periods. While this reduces the wear on the engine, drivetrain, and brakes, it often introduces risks related to stagnant rubber components and fluids that degrade through age rather than use. A buyer should focus their physical inspection on components susceptible to low-mileage neglect and long-term storage. Check specifically for corrosion on the brake discs and seized calipers, as the lack of frequent use can cause metal surfaces to bond. Inspect the suspension bushes and rubber hoses for cracking or dry rot, as these materials perish over time regardless of the distance driven. Additionally, verify the age of the tyres via the date code, as old rubber loses its grip even with significant tread remains.
