2023 KIA EV6 AIR Electricity · BK23 WHN

The most recent MOT was completed on 15 May 2026, just over two weeks ago, and resulted in a clean pass with 30,149 miles recorded. As this is the first MOT for a 2023 vehicle, the history is limited to this single test, which shows no defects or advisory notes. With only one data point available, it is difficult to identify a recurring mechanical pattern, but the current condition appears stable. There is no evidence in the records to suggest a worsening trend or neglect, and the vehicle has met all safety standards at its first major inspection. The mileage of 30,149 miles over approximately three years equates to an average of around 10,050 miles per year. This is typical usage for a car of this age and suggests the vehicle has been driven regularly without being subjected to extreme mileage. For an electric vehicle, this regular use is generally positive as it prevents the issues associated with long periods of inactivity. Given the clean but limited history, you should focus your inspection on components that degrade outside of standard MOT parameters. Prioritise a check of the high-voltage battery health and state of charge, as this is the most significant value factor in an EV. Inspect the tyres for tread depth and any signs of perishing, and ensure the charging ports and cables are fully functional.
