2004 Subaru Impreza 2.0L Petrol · CT04 YSV

The vehicle presents a clean roadworthiness status following its most recent MOT test on 09 May 2026. At 191,579 miles, the car passed with no recorded defects or advisories. This indicates a stable maintenance trend in the immediate term, as all safety and environmental components met the minimum legal standards at the time of inspection. The recorded mileage of 191,579 miles over a 22-year lifespan reflects an annual average of approximately 8,700 miles. This figure is consistent with typical UK usage for a vehicle of this age, suggesting it has not been subjected to extreme long-distance commuting. The proximity of the last test to the current date confirms that the vehicle is in active use and that the owner is keeping pace with the annual testing requirements. Despite the clean test sheet, the high mileage necessitates a physical focus on mechanical wear patterns common to older Subaru Imprezas. A buyer should inspect the structural integrity of the chassis for corrosion, particularly around the sills and rear wheel arches where these models are prone to rust. Given the mileage, a thorough check of the suspension bushes, coil springs, and drivetrain-related components is essential to confirm that the previous owner has proactively addressed aging components beyond the scope of a standard MOT.
