2013 Ford C-MAX 2.0L Diesel · EA13 HFF

The vehicle presents a stable roadworthiness profile with a consistent history of clean passes. The most recent test on May 31, 2025 at 90,337 miles passed with no defects, following a failure just one day prior at 90,327 miles. This specific sequence suggests a minor rectifyable item, such as a bulb replacement or a minor adjustment, which was addressed immediately before the retest. Since that period, the vehicle has maintained a clean record without advisories. The mileage pattern remains consistent with typical annual usage for a thirteen-year-old vehicle, averaging approximately 7,000 miles per year. Between June 2022 at 60,089 miles and June 2024 at 81,653 miles, the car covered 21,564 miles, showing a steady rate of use. The jump of 8,684 miles between the 2024 and 2025 tests aligns with this trend. This regular usage suggests the vehicle has not been subjected to long periods of stationary decay or sudden spikes in mileage that might indicate neglected components. Because the MOT record shows no advisories for corrosion, suspension wear, or brake components, a physical inspection should focus on standard wear and tear associated with its age. A buyer should check the condition of the rubber bushings and shock absorbers for cracking, as these often degrade over time regardless of low mileage. Given the annual testing, verifying the state of the brake fluid and checking for any surface rust on the discs would also be prudent, despite the clean electronic history.
