2007 Iveco Daily 35C12 Xlwb 2.3L Diesel · FJ07 FYB

The 2007 Iveco Daily 35C12 XLWB shows a stable, clean roadworthiness trend. The most recent test on 19 August 2025 at 169,054 miles returned a pass with no defects recorded, and the four prior annual tests from 2021 to 2024 each passed with no advisories or faults. The maintenance history reflects consistent annual compliance with no worsening mechanical or structural issues across the five-year record. The van has covered 169,054 miles over roughly 19 years, equating to about 8,900 miles per year, which is typical use for a light commercial vehicle of this age. Mileage accumulation has been steady and linear: the tester logged 147,191 miles on 23 August 2021, rising to 157,216 by 24 August 2022, 162,846 by 29 August 2023, 165,428 by 1 August 2024, and 169,054 by the 2025 test. No gaps or sudden jumps appear in the sequence, and the sparse but clean record gives no indication of neglected intervals or prolonged standing. A buyer should still commission a physical inspection despite the unbroken pass record. The MOT dataset contains no flagged suspension bushes, coil springs, brake discs, binding calipers, or corrosion, so no recurring fault pattern emerges from the official entries. The absence of advisories across five tests suggests previous owners kept basic upkeep current, though DVSA tests do not assess drivetrain internals, turbo health, or hidden structural rust behind panels. Given the vehicle is now 19 years old and past 169,000 miles, direct checks of chassis leg corrosion, subframe integrity, and diesel emissions hardware remain prudent. The Iveco Daily of this era is known for front suspension wear and cab mount degradation, neither of which the clean MOT history contradicts or confirms. Verify service history and inspect for undocumented mechanical fatigue before purchase.
