2012 Fiat Motorhome 2.3L Diesel · FX12 MKM

The vehicle is currently roadworthy, having passed the April 28 2026 MOT at 29,141 miles with no defects recorded. The maintenance trend remains stable, as each successive test from 2015 to 2026 shows consistent pass outcomes with no recorded faults. The mileage progression from 19,995 miles in February 2015 to 29,141 miles in April 2026 shows a steady increase of roughly 2,082 miles per year, well below the average for a 14‑year‑old vehicle, indicating light use or extended periods of inactivity; the interval between the 2025 and 2026 tests is only 10 months, confirming continuous documentation without abrupt mileage jumps. A buyer should therefore focus on mechanical components that commonly exhibit wear despite a clean MOT history: inspect the condition of suspension bushes and coil springs, examine brake discs and calipers for binding or uneven wear, assess the chassis and wheel‑arch areas for structural rust, and verify exhaust emission levels and structural integrity, as these items are the most likely to reveal hidden deterioration.
