2013 Jaguar XK 5.0L Petrol · GX13 NND

The vehicle remains roadworthy, with the most recent MOT on 13 February 2026 at 40,448 miles passing without recorded defects, indicating a stable maintenance trend across the five consecutive tests. Mileage averages roughly 3,100 miles per year, well below typical usage for a 2013 model. Between 16 February 2022 (34,349 miles) and the latest test the car accumulated 6,099 miles, showing modest annual increments: 991 miles to 27 January 2023, 2,740 miles to 30 January 2024, 1,507 miles to 11 March 2025, and 861 miles to 13 February 2026. No large gaps or sudden spikes appear, suggesting consistent, light use rather than periods of neglect or intensive driving. A prospective buyer should examine the suspension system for any worn bushes or cracked coil springs, as age‑related fatigue can develop despite low mileage. Brake discs and calipers merit a visual and functional check for glazing or uneven wear, given the vehicle’s performance pedigree. Inspect the under‑carriage for corrosion, particularly around mounting points, and verify exhaust integrity and emission system health, as these elements are not always flagged by routine MOTs. Finally, assess tyre tread depth, wiper blade condition, battery charge, and fluid levels to ensure consumables are within safe limits.
