2009 Fiat Ducato Camper 2.3L Diesel · HX09 AWA

This vehicle maintains an exceptional roadworthiness record with a stable maintenance trend. The most recent MOT on 10 April 2026 at 35,446 miles resulted in a pass with no defects recorded. This follows a consistent pattern of clean passes dating back to March 2022, indicating a vehicle that has been kept in a high state of mechanical repair. The mileage is remarkably low for a 17 year old vehicle, averaging roughly 2,085 miles per year. The distance covered between tests has remained relatively steady, with 3,078 miles added between January 2025 and April 2026, and 2,002 miles between February 2023 and February 2024. Such low usage suggests the vehicle has not been subjected to heavy commercial wear, though it may have spent extended periods stationary. A buyer should focus their physical inspection on components that degrade regardless of mileage. The absence of MOT advisories over the last four years is rare for a vehicle of this age and suggests diligent care. However, the low mileage increases the risk of perished rubber seals, seized brake calipers, or flat spots on tyres. Checking for chassis corrosion and inspecting the condition of the suspension bushes is advisable, as these parts can fail due to age and environmental exposure even when the odometer remains low. The lack of recurring faults or structural failures in the DVSA record implies a well-maintained example. Priority should be given to verifying the service history to ensure oil changes and fluid flushes occurred regularly despite the low annual mileage. This will confirm whether the mechanical health matches the clean MOT trajectory.
