2019 Mercedes-Benz A 1.3L Petrol · JA65 JEM

The 2019 Mercedes-Benz A presents as roadworthy with a stable maintenance trend. The most recent test on 28 October 2025 at 61,986 miles returned a pass with no defects recorded, continuing an unbroken four-year sequence of clean MOT outcomes. The vehicle shows no worsening faults, advisories, or recurring mechanical concerns across the available history. Annual mileage sits at a typical level for a seven-year-old car. The record shows 33,649 miles at the 14 November 2022 test, rising to 43,750 miles by 6 November 2023, 51,125 miles on 28 October 2024, and 61,986 miles by 28 October 2025. That equates to roughly 8,800 to 10,800 miles per year with no sudden accumulation or unexplained gaps. The DVSA data is sparse in faults but clean, indicating the previous keeper kept the car to a basic test-standard schedule. A buyer should still commission an independent inspection of suspension bushes, coil springs, brake discs, and underbody corrosion despite the clear MOT sheet. Four consecutive passes with zero advisories means wear items such as tyres, wiper blades, and exhaust emissions met threshold only at test time and may sit close to limits now. The lack of flagged defects offers no evidence of neglected consumables, yet it does not confirm component life remaining. Given the 61,986-mile figure and the 28 October 2025 test date being roughly eight months old, the certificate remains current but will expire soon. Verify the service book against the mileage steps above and confirm no private-use corrosion has started on structural members hidden from MOT view.
