2012 Audi A4 SE Tfsi CVT 1.8L Other · JFZ 6883

The 2012 Audi A4 SE TFSI CVT presents as roadworthy with a stable maintenance trend. The most recent test on 11 December 2025 at 71,448 miles returned a pass with no defects recorded, continuing an unbroken sequence of clean results across the available history. Recorded mileage sits at 71,448 miles against an age of roughly fourteen years, equating to about 5,100 miles per year. The DVSA entries show 50,027 miles on 7 October 2021, 57,637 on 3 May 2023, 64,827 on 12 November 2024, and 71,448 on 11 December 2025. The gap between the 2021 and 2023 tests spans nineteen months yet adds only 7,610 miles, pointing to a period of light or intermittent use. Annual accumulation then normalises to roughly 7,000 miles, with no rapid climb that would flag drivetrain stress. The sparse, fault-free record gives no evidence of deferred consumable replacement or ignored advisories. A clean MOT ledger offers no flagged suspension bushes, coil springs, brake discs, or structural corrosion to chase. The buyer should still commission an independent inspection of underbody integrity and subframe condition, as fourteen-year-old Audi platforms are prone to hidden rust where the tester's ramp view is limited. Verify the CVT transmission fluid history, since low mileage masks heat-cycle wear rather than eliminating it. Check tyre manufacture dates and brake caliper freedom in person, as standing time between the 2021 and 2023 tests can flat-spot rubber and seize slides. The absence of advisories suggests prior owners kept basic upkeep current, but the record alone cannot certify component life beyond each test day.
