2022 Hyundai Kona Ultimate GDI HEV S-A 1.6L Hybrid electric (clean) · K1 BKL

The vehicle presents a clean roadworthiness profile based on the most recent inspection. On 07 October 2025 at 16,107 miles, the car passed its MOT with zero defects or advisories. This indicates a stable maintenance trend where the mechanical and structural components have met all DVSA safety standards without any flagged areas of premature wear or impending component failure. The recorded mileage of 16,107 miles over a four year period represents an average annual run of approximately 4,027 miles. This low-usage pattern typically suggests minimal stress on high-wear components such as the engine, suspension bushings, and brake pads. However, such low-mileage vehicles occasionally suffer from flat-spotting tyres or corrosion on the brake discs if the car has sat stationary for extended periods between journeys. Since the MOT history is devoid of recurring faults or warnings, a physical inspection should focus on verifying the lack of age-related degradation. A buyer should check for surface rust on the exhaust system and ensure the braking system is not seized due to disuse. Inspecting the tyres for sidewall cracking or uneven wear is essential, as the rubber may age before the tread depth suggests. Beyond these basic checks, the lack of recorded mechanical issues suggests the vehicle has been well-maintained.
