2015 Nissan Note 1.5L Diesel · KS64 APX

The vehicle presents a stable roadworthiness status, though the history shows inconsistencies in testing outcomes. The most recent MOT conducted on 22 February 2025 at 129,386 miles resulted in a pass with no recorded defects. This followed a failure just three days prior at nearly identical mileage, which suggests a minor administrative error or a trivial component that was rectified instantly. The overall trend indicates a vehicle that is maintained to passing standards without showing an escalating mechanical failure pattern. At 129,386 miles, this Nissan Note has averaged approximately 11,700 miles per year, which aligns closely with UK national averages for an eleven-year-old car. The data shows consistent usage, with roughly 4,500 miles covered between the February 2023 and 2024 tests, and another 3,676 miles between the 2024 and 2025 tests. This regular mileage accumulation suggests the vehicle is subjected to standard operating cycles rather than long periods of stationary neglect which often degrades seals and brake components. A buyer should focus their physical inspection on high-wear components typical of this age and mileageage bracket. While the MOT record is currently clean of advisories, the test does not assess the condition of suspension bushes or shock absorbers, which often perish on older Nissans. Inspect the chassis for structural corrosion around the sills and check the brake discs for thinning or uneven wear. Given the mileage, verify that major service intervals and fluid changes have been conducted according to manufacturer schedules, as the MOT record only confirms basic safety and emissions rather than preventative mechanical maintenance.
