This vehicle presents a clean bill of health from its single recorded MOT test, passing on 30 January 2026 at 48,080 miles with no defects or advisories. The maintenance trend is stable and positive, but the record is too sparse to confirm a long-term pattern of care. One clean test is encouraging, yet it provides no insight into how the car was maintained in its first two years on the road. The mileage of 48,080 miles after roughly three years equates to approximately 16,000 miles per year, which is high for a premium SUV of this age. This rate of use suggests predominantly motorway or high-mileage commuting, which typically places steady wear on tyres, brakes, and suspension components rather than the stop-start strain of urban driving. The single test date shows no unusual gaps or spikes in accumulation, but the high annual mileage means consumables will have been replaced more frequently than average. Given the absence of any flagged faults, a buyer should focus on verifying the service history and condition of high-wear items that a single MOT pass cannot guarantee. Inspect the condition of the brake discs and pads, as higher mileage can accelerate wear, and check for any signs of binding or uneven pad wear. Examine the suspension bushes and coil springs for deterioration, particularly at the front, and ensure the tyres show even wear across all four corners. A full inspection of the drivetrain, including the quattro system and gearbox, is advisable given the mileage. The clean MOT is a positive sign, but it does not replace the need for a thorough independent pre-purchase inspection.
