2011 Audi A1 1.4L Petrol · LK11 SZP

The vehicle presents a high standard of roadworthiness with a remarkably stable maintenance trend. The most recent MOT test conducted on 2 July 2025 at 78,582 miles passed with no defects or advisories recorded. This follows a clean result from the 2024 test at 71,788 miles, indicating that the car has consistently met regulatory standards without recurring mechanical failures. The mileage profile is notably low for a 2011-registration, averaging approximately 5,239 miles per year. Between June 2024 and July 2025, the car covered 6,794 miles, which suggests consistent and moderate usage rather than long periods of neglect. This low annual mileage typically reduces the wear on drivetrain components and engine internals, though it can sometimes lead to degradation of rubber-based parts like bushes and seals if the vehicle sits stationary for extended durations. While the digital record shows no flagged faults, a physical inspection should focus on components susceptible to low-mileage aging. Check the suspension system for cracking in the coil springs and control arm bushes, as these can perish over fifteen years regardless of distance driven. You should also inspect the brake discs for corrosion or pitting if the vehicle has not been used frequently, and verify the condition of the tyre sidewalls for signs of dry cracking despite potentially sufficient tread depth.
