2012 Skoda Roomster 1.2L Petrol · MW12 MDV

The vehicle presents in a good roadworthy state with a stable maintenance trend. The most recent MOT test conducted in June 2025 at 63,857 miles resulted in a clean pass, indicating the car currently meets all safety and emissions standards. While the history shows a failure in June 2024, the subsequent pass without any advisories suggests that the identified issues were rectified immediately and the vehicle has maintained a consistent level of condition since. The mileage profile is notably low for a fourteen-year-old vehicle, averaging approximately 4,500 miles per year. Data shows a period of higher usage of 4,341 miles between June 2022 (51,489 miles) and June 2023 (55,830 miles), followed by a more typical climb of 8,027 miles in the final year. This low annual mileage generally implies less wear on the drivetrain and engine components, though long periods of low use can sometimes lead to the degradation of rubber seals and fluid chemistry. A buyer should conduct a physical inspection of the suspension and braking system, as low-mileage vehicles often suffer from dry perished bushes or seized brake calipers despite low mechanical wear. Given the age of the chassis, a close look for structural corrosion on the sills and wheel arches is essential, even if recent records remain clean. The lack of recurring advisories in the last two tests suggests the previous owners were proactive in addressing minor defects before they became failure points.
