2012 Subaru Impreza 2.5L Petrol · MX12 UBB

The most recent MOT for this 2012 Subaru Impreza was conducted on 2026-01-12 at 35,836 miles, and it resulted in a PASS with no defects recorded . This is the only MOT entry available, meaning there is no historical data to assess trends in the vehicle’s condition over time. The vehicle’s mileage of 35,836 miles is unusually low for a 14-year-old car, averaging roughly 2,560 miles per year. This could indicate either light usage or extended periods of inactivity. Low mileage may reduce wear on components like brakes, suspension, and drivetrain parts, but it could also lead to issues such as battery degradation, fluid stagnation, or rubber component aging if the car has been stored for long periods. However, the absence of defects in the latest MOT suggests no immediate safety-critical faults were found. With no prior MOT records, it is impossible to determine whether the vehicle’s condition is worsening, stable, or improving. The low mileage alone does not confirm the car’s overall health, as it could reflect either careful maintenance or neglect through under-use. Buyers should remain cautious and verify the vehicle’s service history and maintenance records if available. The primary risks to consider are hidden issues from potential long-term storage, such as corrosion, electrical faults, or degraded fluids.
