2019 Volkswagen Tiguan 2.0L Diesel · ND68 AEO

The 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan remains roadworthy based on its latest MOT on 2025-06-10 at 74,111 miles, which recorded no defects. All prior tests from 2021 to 2025 also passed without issues, indicating a stable maintenance trend. No recurring mechanical or structural faults are evident in the history, suggesting consistent care by previous owners. The absence of advisories or failures across six consecutive annual tests reflects reliable compliance with safety standards. The vehicle’s mileage of 74,111 miles aligns with an average of 10,587 miles per year, typical for its age. Tests were conducted annually from 2021 to 2024, with a gap of six months between the 2021-12-30 and 2022-06-20 assessments. This spacing does not raise concerns, as all results remained clean. No spikes in mileage accumulation or extended periods of inactivity are noted, which might otherwise suggest neglect or excessive wear on components like tyres, suspension, or brakes. A buyer should verify the condition of suspension bushes, coil springs, and brake discs, as these are common wear items in vehicles of this age. The absence of corrosion reports in the MOT history is positive, but an underbody inspection is recommended to confirm structural integrity. Brake systems should be checked for binding calipers or uneven disc wear, while the exhaust system’s emissions compliance should be re-verified. No significant faults are indicated, but physical checks remain essential to confirm the vehicle’s ongoing roadworthiness.
