2019 Toyota Yaris 1.5L Petrol · OV68 XRM

Five consecutive clean first-time passes form the entirety of this Toyota Yaris roadworthiness record, establishing an unblemished compliance streak leading up to the most recent pass on January 12 2026. This complete absence of historical defects or advisory notes sets a high baseline for structural and mechanical integrity throughout the testing window, demonstrating that every major safety system, lighting assembly, and emissions control component has met regulatory standards without immediate remediation. Accumulating just 24,507 miles over its seven-year lifespan translates to an average annual mileage of roughly 3,501 miles, confirming a very light duty cycle typical of urban or low-mileage suburban transit. While this limited usage means high-stress drivetrain components have experienced minimal fatigue, prospective buyers should verify that this restricted running pattern has not resulted in underuse issues such as seized brake calipers, flat-spotted tyres, or stale fuel from extended periods of sitting idle between short journeys. Although the official inspection logs show zero recorded defects, a physical pre-purchase inspection remains essential to assess consumables that escape standard MOT scrutiny, particularly the condition of the brake pads and discs which may show surface corrosion or uneven wear due to intermittent use. During the static check and subsequent test drive, listen carefully for any abnormal rubbing or binding noises from the wheel hubs, and ensure the braking system brings the car to a straight, judder-free stop without pulling to either side. Further attention should be directed toward the suspension dampers, coil springs, and rubber bushes beneath the vehicle, as low-mileage cars operating on poorly maintained roads can still suffer from premature rubber degradation or corrosion on unpainted subframe components. Pay close attention to ride quality over rough road surfaces, checking for any hollow knocking sounds or excessive body roll that would indicate worn suspension mountings requiring replacement despite the clean MOT history.
