The vehicle presents a high level of roadworthiness, evidenced by a consistently clean record over the last five years. The most recent test in November 2025 at 47,097 miles returned a pass with no defects or advisories, indicating a stable maintenance trend. This flawless history suggests that the primary mechanical systems and safety components are operating without the typical degradation seen in older vehicles of this age. The mileage profile is exceptionally low for a 15-year-old car, averaging approximately 3,140 miles per year. Between October 2021 at 34,582 miles and November 2025 at 47,097 miles, the car covered only 12,515 miles. This low usage typically reduces the wear on the engine, gearbox, and suspension components, though the infrequent use can sometimes lead to the age-rating deterioration of rubber-based parts or fluid breakdown that does not correlate with distance driven. Given the lack of recorded faults in the MOT history, a physical inspection should focus on components that suffer from time rather than mileage. A buyer must check for dry rotting tyre sidewalls and perished suspension bushes, as these are common on low-mileage cars that sit for extended periods. The brake system should be examined for surface corrosion on discs and seized calipers, as infrequent use can cause pistons to stick. The structural integrity of the chassis should also be verified to ensure that hidden corrosion has not developed, despite the vehicle's clean testing history.
