2011 Renault Laguna 2.0L Diesel · PJ11 AEL

The vehicle presents a high level of roadworthiness with a remarkably clean MOT history over the last five years. The most recent inspection conducted in November 2025 at 124,153 miles resulted in no defects, maintaining a consistent trend of clean passes across all recorded tests. This stability suggests that the mechanical and structural components have been maintained to a standard that avoids the recurring failures common in vehicles of this age. The mileage pattern is consistent with a 15-year-old vehicle, averaging approximately 8,300 miles per year. Between November 2021 at 93,549 miles and November 2025 at 124,153 miles, the car covered roughly 30,600 miles, indicating steady and regular use. The interval of 5,114 miles between the 2024 and 2025 tests shows a consistent driving habit, which often helps prevent the seal and brake caliper issues associated with long periods of standing. While the digital record shows no flagged faults or advisories, a physical inspection should still focus on common wear points for a Renault Laguna of this generation. A buyer should verify the condition of the front suspension bushes and coil springs, as these often degrade at over 120,000 miles. Checking for surface corrosion on the sills and rear subframe is also necessary, as the MOT test only identifies structural decay once it reaches a point of failure.
