2022 Mercedes-Benz A 1.3L Petrol · PO72 URM

The vehicle presents a high standard of roadworthiness with a perfectly stable maintenance trend. The most recent inspection conducted on 5 March 2026 at 17,214 miles resulted in a pass with no defects or advisories recorded. This clean sheet mirrors the previous annual test, indicating that the vehicle has remained within operating parameters without signs of mechanical degradation or structural failure. The mileage pattern is notably low for a four-year-old vehicle, averaging approximately 4,300 miles per annum. Between the test on 3 April 2025 at 16,021 miles and the follow-up test in 5 March 2026 at 17,214 miles, the car covered only 1,193 miles. This period of low usage suggests minimal mechanical stress, which typically results in less wear on high-friction components like tyres, suspension bushes, and brake discs. Because the MOT history shows no recurring faults, a physical inspection should focus on components affected by low-mileage operation. A buyer should check for flat spotting on tyres or seized brake calipers which can occur when a vehicle sits for extended periods. It is also advisable to inspect the tyres for sidewalling and verify the rubber condition to ensure the low mileage has not led to age-related cracking despite the remaining tread depth.
