2024 Honda ENY1 Advance Electric · R55 TAG

This vehicle lacks any documented MOT history, rendering a formal roadworthiness assessment impossible. Without test dates, advisories, or pass/fail outcomes, there is no basis to evaluate maintenance trends, recurring faults, or the vehicle’s structural integrity. The absence of records suggests either a first-time registration or a failure to comply with UK legal requirements, both of which raise immediate concerns. Buyers must treat this as a red flag—no verified evidence of compliance with annual testing exists, and critical components like brakes, suspension, and emissions systems have never been officially inspected. Mileage data is entirely absent, precluding any analysis of usage patterns. A 2024 Honda with no MOT history cannot be assessed for excessive wear, rapid depreciation, or neglect. Even if the vehicle has been lightly used, the lack of records means critical components—such as coil springs, suspension bushes, or brake discs—could be deteriorating unseen. Without mileage, there’s no way to correlate wear with service intervals or determine if the vehicle has been maintained proactively or abandoned. Given the complete absence of MOT data, an immediate priority for any buyer is a thorough mechanical inspection. Focus on the suspension system—check for worn or leaking shock absorbers, corroded mounting points, and binding calipers, as these are common failure points in high-mileage or poorly maintained bikes. Examine the brakes for uneven wear, glazed pads, or warped discs, as these issues often escalate rapidly without proper servicing. Structural integrity is another critical area; inspect the frame for stress cracks, especially around welds and stress points, and check the exhaust system for leaks or excessive corrosion, which could indicate past neglect. Emissions compliance should also be verified, as untested bikes may fail due to unserviced catalytic converters or fuel injection issues. The lack of MOT history means no prior advisories exist—buyers must assume all major components require verification.
