2015 Mercedes-Benz C 2.1L Electric diesel · VX15 ENM

The vehicle last passed its MOT on 14 March 2026 at the recorded odometer reading, with no advisories or defects noted by the tester. Across the five recorded tests spanning from January 2022 to March 2026, every entry shows a pass with no recorded advisories, no categorised defects, and no failures. This produces a stable, unblemished MOT record over a roughly four-year window, though it must be stressed that MOT history alone cannot confirm the mechanical condition of components between tests, nor does it verify that routine servicing has been carried out in line with manufacturer schedules. Mileage accumulation is broadly consistent with average use for an eleven-year-old vehicle. The test on 13 January 2022 would have been the first point at which mileage could be anchored under the ten-year-old presentation rule, and the recorded figures since then imply an annual mileage of roughly eleven to twelve thousand miles. The spacing between consecutive tests — 4 March 2024, 14 March 2025, and 14 March 2026 — also matches a steady, year-on-year accumulation rather than any long gaps indicative of standing time or unusually rapid wear from heavy use. There are no mileage anomalies or gaps in the data that would suggest clock irregularities or extended off-road periods. Although the MOT record is free from advisories, the absence of flagged wear items does not mean components are free from deterioration. A buyer should still inspect the condition of the tyres, brake discs and pads, suspension bushes and coil springs, exhaust mounting, and the underside for any corrosion that may have developed since the last test, particularly given the high overall mileage for the vehicle's age. The W205 chassis C-Class is known for general underbody corrosion in later life, so a close look at suspension arms, subframes, and wheel-arch liners is advisable. A compression and timing-chain service history for the engine, together with evidence of automatic transmission fluid changes, would also warrant checking through independent service records rather than relying on the MOT outcome.
