2006 Bentley Continental 6.0L Petrol · VX56 HTP

The 2006 Bentley Continental has a stable maintenance trend, as evidenced by the most recent MOT test on 2026-02-09 at 50,013 miles, which it passed without any defects. This indicates that the vehicle is currently in a roadworthy condition and has been well-maintained over the past few years. The only notable issue was an 'eml on' advisory in the 2025-02-27 test, but this did not prevent the vehicle from passing, and it was not mentioned in subsequent tests, suggesting it was likely addressed. Given the vehicle's age of approximately 20 years, the recorded mileage of 50,013 miles is relatively low, averaging about 2,501 miles per year. This low mileage suggests the vehicle has seen light use or may have been stored for periods, which can be beneficial for overall wear and tear. The consistent annual MOT tests with minimal issues and steady mileage accumulation indicate a pattern of regular, albeit infrequent, use and maintenance. A potential buyer should inspect the vehicle for any signs of wear on consumable components such as tyres, brake pads, and wiper blades, as these are typically the first to show signs of deterioration. Additionally, given the vehicle's age, a thorough check of the suspension system, including bushes and coil springs, is advisable. The structural integrity and the presence of any corrosion, especially in areas prone to rust, should also be examined. While the MOT history does not indicate any significant recurring issues, a detailed inspection by a qualified mechanic is recommended to ensure all aspects of the vehicle are in good condition.
