2022 BMW 118 1.5L Petrol · W70 JAW

The vehicle passed its most recent MOT on 13 March 2026 at 30,280 miles with no defects recorded. Since the previous test on 29 September 2025 at 28,796 miles also passed cleanly, the maintenance trend appears stable over the last six months. Between the two tests the odometer rose by 1,484 miles in roughly five and a half months, indicating low usage during that interval. Across its four‑year life the car has accumulated about 30,300 miles, averaging roughly 7,600 miles per year, which is typical for a 2022 model and suggests neither excessive standing nor high‑mileage wear. With no recorded faults, a physical inspection should focus on normal wear items: check tyre tread depth and side‑wall condition, measure front and rear brake pad thickness, examine suspension bushes and dampers for play or corrosion, and verify fluid levels and condition. A quick look under the vehicle for any surface rust or corrosion on the exhaust and suspension mounts is also advisable given the car’s age.
