2020 MG HS Exclusive S-A 1.5L Petrol · WV70 APO

The MG HS presents as roadworthy with a stable maintenance trend. The most recent test on 7 November 2025 at 24,382 miles returned a pass with no defects recorded, continuing a clean run across all three available MOT entries. The mileage pattern shows very light use for a six-year-old vehicle. The October 2023 test at 11,373 miles, the November 2024 test at 17,423 miles, and the November 2025 test at 24,382 miles give an average annual accumulation of roughly 4,000 miles. The three tests are spaced at near-regular yearly intervals with no large gaps or sudden jumps in mileage, and the record carries no advisories or failures at any point. Given the absence of any flagged defects across suspension bushes, brake discs, coil springs, exhaust emissions, or structural corrosion, the DVSA data alone shows no recurring mechanical or structural concerns. The low mileage and clean history suggest the previous keeper carried out timely annual testing and avoided neglect, though standing periods common with low-use cars can allow unseen corrosion or perished rubber components to develop between tests. A buyer should still commission a physical inspection beneath the sills, subframes, and brake calipers for rust or binding that a pass certificate will not reveal. Verify the actual condition of tyres, wiper blades, and fluid levels, and confirm the recorded mileages match the cluster and service book, since the sparse three-entry history leaves little margin to detect odometer inconsistency.
