2020 Toyota Mirai Electric · WV70 OJC

Based on the official DVSA record, this Toyota Mirai presents a clean and stable maintenance profile. The most recent test in April 2023 at 41,227 miles resulted in a pass with no defects recorded. This outcome, following a similarly clean pass in April 2022 at 31,869 miles, indicates a consistent pattern of roadworthiness with no emerging mechanical or structural concerns flagged by the testers. The recorded mileage of 41,227 miles over approximately six years equates to roughly 6,871 miles per year, which is typical for a vehicle of this age. The annual test intervals show a steady accumulation of roughly 9,358 miles between the 2022 and 2023 tests, a consistent and moderate usage pattern. There are no gaps in the record or sudden mileage spikes to suggest periods of neglect or atypical heavy use. With a history free of any advisories or failures, there are no recurring faults to track. A buyer should still conduct a thorough in-person inspection, focusing on the condition of high-wear items not explicitly tested, such as the condition of the tyres for even wear and adequate tread depth, and the brake discs and pads for scoring or lipping. Given the Mirai's hydrogen fuel cell system, a separate check of the vehicle's service history for the high-voltage battery and fuel cell stack health is strongly recommended, as these are not covered by the standard MOT test.
