2022 Vauxhall Corsa SE Edition 1.2L Petrol · X22 LBY

The most recent MOT on 15 October 2025 at 80,535 miles passed with no defects, indicating current roadworthiness is satisfactory; maintenance trend appears stable as the latest test showed no failures despite earlier setbacks. The vehicle, registered 2022, has accumulated 80,535 miles, averaging about 20,134 miles per year, which is high for its age. Notably, mileage rose from 72,434 miles in October 2023 to 75,579 miles by October 2024 (3,145 miles in a year) and then to 80,535 miles by October 2025 (5,000 miles in 11 months), suggesting accelerated usage. The record is otherwise clean with no major gaps. Buyers should examine the suspension bushes and coil springs for wear, check brake calipers for binding and brake discs for scoring, and inspect the chassis and wheel arches for structural rust, especially given the high annual mileage that can accelerate corrosion. Also verify tyre tread depth, wiper condition, and exhaust emission levels, as these consumables often show wear at this mileage. Since previous failures recorded no specific defects, the absence of recorded issues does not guarantee absence of underlying wear; a thorough physical inspection of the drivetrain, suspension geometry, and structural integrity is essential before purchase.
