2006 SEAT Leon 1.9L Diesel · YB06 UVX

The most recent MOT from March 2024 shows the car passed with 161,800 miles and no defects recorded. The MOT history reveals an unusual entry from February 2024 where the test failed despite showing only 161 miles on the clock with no defects recorded. This suggests either a clerical error or the vehicle was tested at a very low mileage reading that may not reflect actual usage. The overall pattern shows consistent passes with no recurring defects across multiple annual tests from 2019 through 2024. The mileage progression appears steady, rising from 130,357 miles in September 2019 to 161,800 miles in March 2024. The trend looks stable with no evidence of deteriorating mechanical condition based on MOT outcomes. The vehicle has maintained clean test results throughout its later years. The average of 8,090 miles per year suggests moderate use rather than intensive driving. However, the relatively low annual mileage for a 20-year-old vehicle could indicate periods of inactivity or storage, which can affect rubber components, fluids, and electrical systems even with lower mechanical wear. The clean MOT history indicates no major safety issues were flagged during testing.
