The 2011 9-5 NG benefited from running improvements and was produced just before Saab's bankruptcy in December 2011. These later cars often have the most complete service histories as dealers were keen to maintain customer relationships. Parts availability through Orio (Hedin Parts) remains strong for mechanical items.
The 4th Gen Haldex system requires regular servicing that was not in the official Saab schedule.
