A pattern of consistent roadworthiness is evident through the vehicle's recent testing history, with no recorded defects or advisories across its most recent inspections. The latest test on 30 May 2026 resulted in a pass with no issues flagged, following two previous successful tests in 2025. This sequence indicates that the mechanical components inspected under the MOT testing regime have remained within the required regulatory parameters throughout the recorded periods. The vehicle exhibits an unusually low usage profile for its age, having covered only 4,133 miles over approximately four years. This equates to an average annual accumulation of roughly 1,033 miles, which is significantly below standard UK driving averages. From a mechanical standpoint, such low mileage suggests minimal wear on high-friction components like brake pads, discs, and tyres, but it also implies the vehicle may spend extended periods stationary. While the MOT record shows no failures, vehicles with this level of infrequent use can sometimes experience issues related to component stagnation or fluid degradation that are not always captured by a standard inspection. Given the lack of specific advisories regarding suspension bushes, brake lines, or structural corrosion, there are no immediate mechanical red flags identified in the DVSA data. However, because the mileage is so low, a prospective buyer should pay close attention to the condition of rubber components and seals during a physical inspection. On a test drive, listen for any irregular knocks or clunks when navigating uneven surfaces, which could indicate that suspension linkages or bushes have hardened due to lack of movement. Additionally, monitor the brake pedal feel for any sponginess or lack of firmness, as infrequent use can sometimes affect the hydraulic systems. A thorough check of the vehicle's underside for any signs of weeping from gaskets or oil misting is also advisable, as low-mileage engines can occasionally develop minor leaks when not operated regularly under load. Ensure the steering is centered and free of any pulling to one side when driving on a level surface, which would help confirm the integrity of the steering rack and alignment. While the MOT history provides a clean baseline, the specific combination of low mileage and infrequent use necessitates a close examination of all moving parts and fluid-related components to ensure they remain as functional as the paperwork suggests.
