2013 SEAT Ibiza 1.4L Petrol · AG08 LOZ

The SEAT Ibiza presents as roadworthy following the most recent test on 4 October 2025 at 107,513 miles, where the tester issued a pass with no defects recorded. The maintenance trend is stable, with three consecutive annual passes and no advisories or faults logged across the 2023 to 2025 records. A notable anomaly appears in the duplicate failed-then-passed entries on both 4 October 2025 and 5 October 2024 at identical mileages; the DVSA data shows no defects recorded against either failure, which points to administrative or process retries at the testing station rather than mechanical rejection. The odometer advanced from 90,705 miles at the 28 September 2023 test to 98,561 miles by 5 October 2024, then to 107,513 miles by 4 October 2025. That equates to roughly 7,850 and 8,950 miles per year, closely matching the 8,270-mile annual average for a 2013 vehicle. No rapid accumulation or standing gaps emerge. The sparse, clean history suggests the previous keeper kept basic consumable and structural upkeep current, though absence of advisories means worn suspension bushes or corroding subframes were not flagged for attention. A buyer should still commission a physical inspection of brake discs, coil springs, and underbody structural integrity given the car is now 13 years old with 107,513 miles. The MOT record carries no binding calipers, exhaust emissions failures, or corrosion entries, yet test stations vary in scrutiny. Verify the duplicate failure entries were clerical by obtaining the full DVLA status, and confirm tyre tread depth and wiper condition despite no advisories being raised.
