2015 MINI Cooper 1.5L Petrol · AJ15 PDK

The vehicle presents as roadworthy with a stable maintenance trend. The most recent test on 2 March 2026 at 25,728 miles returned a pass with no defects recorded, though the same date also shows a failure with no defects listed, indicating an administrative or process anomaly rather than a mechanical fault. Prior tests in February 2023, 2024, and 2025 all passed cleanly at 22,473, 23,709, and 24,452 miles respectively, confirming no recurring advisories or worsening condition across the recorded history. The MINI shows low annual use for its age. From the February 2023 test at 22,473 miles to the March 2026 test at 25,728 miles, the car covered only 3,255 miles across three years, averaging roughly 1,085 miles per year. This sparse record reflects light running or extended standing periods, with no rapid accumulation or notable gaps between tests. The clean history gives no evidence of deferred consumable replacement or neglected structural inspection. A buyer should still commission an in-person inspection of suspension bushes, coil springs, and brake discs given the car's eleven-year age and low-mileage standing pattern, as prolonged inactivity can accelerate corrosion and seizing of calipers unseen in MOT data. The DVSA record flags no exhaust emissions failures, structural integrity concerns, or tyre tread defects across the timeline. Previous owners appear to have maintained basic test compliance, though the twin 2 March 2026 entries warrant verification with the selling garage to confirm the vehicle was genuinely roadworthy at point of sale.
