2014 MINI ONE 1.2L Petrol · BB04 OAD

The vehicle presents a high level of roadworthiness with a remarkably stable maintenance trend. The most recent test conducted in April 2026 at 67,346 miles resulted in a pass with no defects recorded, indicating that the car currently meets all regulatory standards. This follows three consecutive years of clean passes from 2023 to 2025, suggesting that the mechanical integrity of the vehicle is being maintained without recurring major failures. The mileage pattern is consistently low for a twelve-year-old vehicle, averaging approximately 5,600 miles per year. Data shows a steady usage rate, with roughly 8,000 miles covered between April 2024 and April 2025, and another 8,400 miles in the year leading up to the 2026 test. This low mileage generally implies less wear on drivetrain components and engine internals compared to higher-average examples. The lack of advisories across several years suggests the vehicle has not been subjected to harsh environmental conditions or long periods of neglect. Despite the clean MOT history, a buyer should still inspect components common to low-mileage MINI models, as cars that sit for long periods can experience rubber degradation. Check the condition of suspension bushes and coil springs for cracking or perished, which does not always flag until they fail. Since the record shows no brake issues, verify in person that there is no uneven wear and that the calipers are not seizing. A physical inspection of the structural chassis points and underbody remains remains necessary to ensure no hidden corrosion has developed despite the clean record of official test results.
