2023 MINI Cooper Resolute Edition Auto 1.5L Petrol · C23 CAW

The vehicle is currently roadworthy, with the most recent MOT test on 2026-03-18 at 19,808 miles confirming no defects. However, the same date records a failed test with no defects noted, creating ambiguity. This inconsistency suggests potential administrative error or unrecorded issues, though the absence of technical findings implies no immediate mechanical risks. The maintenance trend remains stable, with no recurring faults identified in the limited data. The car’s mileage of 19,808 miles at 3 years old aligns with typical usage, averaging 6,603 miles annually. The MOT history shows minimal mileage growth between tests, with the failed assessment occurring just 62 miles after the pass. This lack of significant usage increase limits insight into long-term wear patterns. The sparse record offers no evidence of neglect, but also no confirmation of proactive maintenance beyond basic compliance. A buyer should verify the MOT’s accuracy, as conflicting outcomes on the same date require clarification. Inspect the suspension for wear, particularly if the failed test referenced unrecorded issues, and check brake components for binding or uneven wear. Despite the clean MOT findings, the absence of detailed defect reports means a physical inspection is essential to confirm the vehicle’s condition, especially given the unusual test outcomes.
