2020 Renault ZOE I Iconic ZE 50 Electric · CA70 CXE

The 2020 Renault Zoe I Iconic ZE 50 presents a clean and stable maintenance trend across its entire MOT history. The most recent test on 5 November 2025 at 18,340 miles passed with zero defects, and this pattern is consistent with every prior test. The vehicle has never recorded a single advisory or failure across three consecutive annual inspections, indicating a well-maintained electric powertrain and no emerging mechanical or structural concerns. The mileage accumulation is notably low for a vehicle approaching six years of age. Between the first test on 23 October 2023 at 7,358 miles and the second on 12 November 2024 at 12,759 miles, the car covered 5,401 miles in roughly twelve months. The following year, from November 2024 to November 2025, it added just 5,581 miles. This equates to approximately 3,057 miles per year on average, well below typical UK usage. Such low annual mileage suggests the vehicle has seen light, regular use rather than prolonged standing, which is generally favourable for an electric vehicle's battery conditioning and mechanical components. With no recurring faults, advisories, or structural defects on record, the MOT data alone raises no red flags regarding suspension, brakes, or corrosion. The absence of any flagged items across three consecutive clean passes is a strong indicator of consistent upkeep. Buyers should still verify the physical condition of consumable items such as tyre tread depth and brake pad thickness, as low-mileage electric vehicles can develop uneven tyre wear and brake surface corrosion from regenerative braking reducing friction use. The 12-volt auxiliary battery and high-voltage battery health should also be assessed independently, as MOT records do not cover these components. Overall, the documented history supports a mechanically sound vehicle with no evidence of neglect or developing faults.
