2011 Nissan Qashqai 1.6L Petrol · CV11 PZH

The 2011 Nissan Qashqai presents a currently roadworthy status following a pass on 12 August 2025 at 116,936 miles with no defects recorded. The maintenance trend is stable, though the record shows a peculiar pattern of immediate pass-and-fail reversals rather than progressive deterioration. The vehicle cleared its 2023, 2024, and 2025 tests without advisories, indicating no escalating mechanical concerns across the observed period. Recorded mileage sits at 116,936 against a 15-year lifespan, equating to roughly 7,800 miles per year and reflecting typical use for this model. The odometer moved from 93,828 miles at the July 2023 test to 102,371 by August 2024, then to 116,936 by August 2025, showing a mild acceleration in annual coverage from under 9,000 to over 14,000 miles. No long dormant gaps appear in the chain, with tests spaced at roughly annual intervals. The DVSA data flags no advisories on suspension bushes, brake discs, coil springs, exhaust emissions, or structural corrosion at any stage. The back-to-back failures on 11 August 2025 and 2 August 2024, both with zero defects logged, suggest administrative or presentation issues at the testing station rather than latent faults. A buyer should still commission a physical inspection of subframe rust and front suspension arms given the vehicle's age and salt-exposure risk on UK roads. Given the clean advisory history, previous keepers appear to have maintained the Qashqai to a basic passing standard without neglected consumables reaching test-threshold condition. Verify service paperwork and confirm the V5C aligns with the recorded mileages before purchase, as the MOT alone offers no insight into interim fluid changes or cambelt interval compliance.
