2022 Peugeot Django 50 0.0L Petrol · HY72 YMP

This Peugeot Django has demonstrated a stable roadworthiness record, passing its most recent MOT test on 13 November 2025 with no defects recorded at 6,578 miles. The absence of advisories or failings across the single available test suggests the vehicle has not experienced any recurring mechanical issues requiring attention. However, the test was conducted just six months ago, which is acceptable given the low mileage, though a buyer should verify whether the vehicle has undergone any interim servicing or repairs not reflected in the MOT history. The recorded mileage of 6,578 miles over approximately four years—roughly 1,644 miles annually—indicates unusually light usage for a vehicle of this age. Such low mileage could imply prolonged periods of storage or infrequent driving, which may have mitigated some wear on high-mileage components like suspension bushes or brake pads. However, it also raises questions about the vehicle’s storage conditions, as prolonged inactivity can lead to issues such as flat tyres, corrosion from moisture, or degraded fluids. The lack of intermediate MOT tests means there is no data to confirm whether any preventative maintenance was conducted during this period. Given the sparse MOT history, a buyer should prioritise an inspection of consumable items that degrade over time regardless of mileage, including the condition of the suspension bushes and coil springs for wear or perishing, as well as the integrity of the brake calipers and discs for binding or excessive corrosion. The tyres, despite the low mileage, should be checked for uneven wear or signs of prolonged storage damage, such as dry-rotting or embedded debris. Additionally, the vehicle’s underbody should be examined for corrosion, particularly around the wheel arches and sills, which can develop even with minimal usage if exposed to harsh weather conditions. The absence of MOT advisories does not preclude these areas from requiring attention.
