2021 Fiat 500 Dolcevita Mhev 1.0L Petrol · KCZ 1000

The vehicle's overall roadworthiness stands as passed, with the 2025-10-07 MOT confirming a clean record at 39,191 miles, indicating a stable maintenance trend. The tester flagged a binding condition on the rear brakes, which is a significant structural risk that requires immediate attention before any further driving is permitted. The mileage pattern is notably inconsistent with the vehicle's age, as the 2025-10-07 test was conducted at 39,191 miles, yet the 2025-06-17 test was taken at 52,000 miles. This creates a gap of 12,809 miles between the two most recent assessments, suggesting that the vehicle has been driven on a mix of short trips and longer distances, which may indicate an uneven wear pattern or a lack of consistent maintenance protocols. Given the binding rear brake failure and the irregular mileage history, the buyer must inspect the suspension bushings and coil springs for structural integrity and corrosion. The brake discs and calipers should be checked for wear and binding, while the exhaust system and drivetrain components must be verified for carbon buildup or corrosion. The overall roadworthiness remains passed, but the mechanical history demands a thorough physical inspection to rule out hidden faults before a purchase is finalized.
