2022 Tesla Model Y RWD Electric · ND72 OJR

The vehicle presents a clean roadworthiness profile based on the most recent MOT result. On 23 July 2025 at 18,927 miles, the tester passed with no recorded defects or advisories. This indicates a stable maintenance trend thus far, as the mechanical and structural components met all DVSA safety and emissions standards at the time of the inspection. The recorded mileage of 18,927 miles over a four-year period reflects an average usage of approximately 4,732 miles per year. This low-usage pattern typically suggests reduced wear on high-friction components such as suspension bushings, brake pads, and tyre treads. However, such low-mileage vehicles can occasionally suffer from flat-spotting tyres or the degradation of rubber seals if the car has sat stationary for extended periods. Since the MOT history shows no recurring mechanical faults, a physical inspection should focus on the condition of consumables often affected by low-frequency use. Check the brake discs for surface corrosion or pitting, which can occur when vehicles are not driven regularly. Additionally, inspect the lower control arm bushes and tyres for signs of cracking or tearing, ensuring that the low mileage has not resulted in material dry rot. Given the lack of previous advisories, the vehicle appears to be in well-maintained condition relative to its age.
