2022 Genesis G80E Luxury AWD Electric · OO57 AAA

The most recent MOT on 2026-01-28 confirmed the 2022 Genesis G80E Luxury AWD passed with no defects recorded at 13,287 miles. This is a positive outcome, but the limited MOT history—just one entry—means there is no long-term data to assess mechanical trends or recurring issues. The vehicle’s mileage of 13,287 miles over four years equates to roughly 3,322 miles per year, which is significantly lower than average for its age. This could indicate light usage, such as short trips or infrequent driving, or it may suggest periods of prolonged inactivity. Low mileage does not inherently correlate with better condition, as vehicles left unused for extended periods can develop issues like battery drain, tire dry rot, or fluid degradation. However, no evidence of such problems is present in the MOT record. With no prior MOT failures or advisories, there is no clear pattern of worsening condition. The absence of defects in the latest test suggests the vehicle is currently in good working order. However, the low mileage and limited history mean the buyer should remain cautious. A thorough inspection is critical to confirm the car has not been stored for long periods, which could mask underlying issues not detected during a single MOT.
