2010 Bentley Continental 6.0L Petrol · S111 ABP

The vehicle presents a high level of roadworthiness, evidenced by a consistent history of clean MOT passes over the last five years. The most recent inspection on 24 March 2026 at 72,693 miles returned no defects or advisories. This indicates a stable maintenance trend where the vehicle has been well-kept and does not exhibit the recurring mechanical or structural degradation typically seen in luxury vehicles of this age. The mileage profile is exceptionally low for a sixteen-year-old Bentley Continental, averaging approximately 4,543 miles per year. Between March 2022 and March 2026, the car covered only 8,156 miles, showing a consistent pattern of low-intensity use rather than erratic long-distance travel. While this low mileage suggests less wear on the drivetrain and engine components, long periods of standing can lead to the degradation of rubber-based parts, seals, and fluids, which are not always captured during a stationary MOT test. Despite the clean digital record, a buyer must conduct a physical inspection of components susceptible to age-related failure rather than mileage wear. The Bentley Continental utilizes a complex air suspension system that should be checked for leaks or perished bushings, regardless of the low odometer reading. Attention should also be paid to the brake discs and calipers, as infrequent use often leads to surface corrosion or seized pistons. Checking the structural integrity of the chassis for hidden corrosion remains a priority to ensure the low mileage has not masked underlying environmental damage.
