2010 Honda Accord 2.2L Diesel · WU60 GFV

The Honda Accord stands roadworthy following the 17 March 2026 MOT pass at 101,043 miles, with the tester recording no defects. The maintenance trend reads stable across the documented history, as every examination from July 2024 to March 2026 listed zero mechanical or structural advisories. Two immediate prior attempts on 2 and 16 March 2026 returned failures at 100,046 and 101,043 miles respectively, yet both carried no defect entries, indicating procedural or administrative rejection rather than component degradation. Mileage progression aligns with typical use for a 16-year-old vehicle. The record shows 88,102 miles on 6 July 2024, rising to 90,571 by 11 April 2025, a modest 2,469-mile interval. A sharper accumulation followed, reaching 100,046 on 2 March 2026, equating to roughly 9,475 miles over eleven months. The final logged figure of 101,043 on the March 2026 retests confirms negligible movement in the fortnight of repeated visits. Sparse but clean entries reveal no prolonged dormancy or rapid wear spikes. A buyer should still commission a physical inspection of age-sensitive components despite the unblemished advisory list. The tester never flagged suspension bushes, coil springs, brake discs or structural corrosion, but sixteen years invite unseen perishables. Examine subframe and sills for rust, probe front lower arms for worn bushes, and confirm rear calipers do not bind. The anomalous zero-defect failures warrant a DVSA certificate check to rule out clerical duplication before purchase.
