2012 Alfa Romeo Giulietta 1.4L Petrol · WV12 ABX

This vehicle demonstrates an exceptionally stable maintenance trend and remains roadworthy. The most recent MOT on 18 March 2026 at 92,955 miles resulted in a pass with no defects recorded. This follows a consistent pattern of clean passes over the previous four years, suggesting a high standard of preventative maintenance. The mileage is typical for a 14 year old car, averaging roughly 6,640 miles per year. Usage has remained steady, though there was a notable increase in distance covered between March 2022 and March 2023, where the odometer rose from 69,918 to 82,346 miles. Since that period, the annual accumulation has settled into a more moderate range, with the latest interval showing a gain of 2,435 miles since March 2025. The absence of any advisories or failures since 2022 is rare for a vehicle of this age. The tester flagged no issues regarding suspension bushes, brake disc corrosion, or exhaust emissions across five consecutive tests. This lack of recorded wear on consumables or structural components implies the previous owner addressed maintenance needs before they became MOT failures. A buyer should still conduct a physical inspection of the underbody for surface corrosion, as MOT testers often overlook minor rust that does not compromise structural integrity. Checking the condition of the tyre treads and brake pad thickness is advised to ensure these consumables have been replaced recently, as the clean MOT record does not explicitly confirm when these parts were last changed.
